We provide a customer engagement and CRM platform ("Platform") that enables businesses ("Clients") to manage customer interactions, sales, and support across multiple communication channels, including web chat, email, phone, messaging platforms, and integrations with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you use our website, Platform, and related services. We operate in two primary privacy roles: Data Controller / Business: When we collect and use information about our own customers, website visitors, business contacts, and Client account users. Service Provider / Data Processor: When we process customer information on behalf of our Clients to provide Platform services.
